Recently a tweet was brought to my attention by a friend of mine.  I was not only hurt and frustrated but also shocked.  It's clear that side of the story is being told very different than this side...

I recently listened to the song Daughters by John Mayer and the line that stuck out the most to me was "daughters turn into be mothers. So mothers be good to your daughters too."  It is my hope, my prayer, and my desire that you have the best life possible.

I made a decision not because it was easy but because it was what I felt would cause the least amount of tension and grief in your life at the time.

I hope and pray your birthday was great and that you are growing into a strong, courageous, beautiful little girl.  I think of you often and pray for you daily. You are special to me and one day I hope you can feel that in your heart.
